Project Final Meeting

The UP-RES partnership organised its final project meeting at Mindeltal Schulen in Jettingen-Scheppach, Germany, on 9 July 2026.

What Was Organised

The day began with networking, followed by a comprehensive evaluation of the pilot trainings in partners’ schools and the online platform designed by MOBAD. UCAM University presented the research findings and the teacher guide, while Fundacja dla Migrantów Dobry Start reviewed dissemination activities including videos, flyers, and multiplier events. Mindeltal Schulen led the session on final report preparation.

Results and Effects

The meeting allowed partners to review the full project journey and confirm the main results. The pilot trainings had been successfully tested across partner countries, the online platform had been evaluated and refined, and the teacher guide and research findings had been formally presented. Dissemination materials were discussed, reviewed and validated, and the partnership confirmed the project’s lasting impact on academic achievement, inclusion, and resilience building for students and teachers alike.

Meaning of the Final Meeting

The final meeting marked the successful conclusion of the UP-RES partnership. It brought the training modules, the e-learning platform, the research and the dissemination work together into one concluding event. Partners left with a shared sense of achievement, confident that the project had made a meaningful contribution to supporting teachers and students and had the potential to continue in future. The meeting confirmed the value of the UP-RES approach and laid a strong foundation for future work on inclusion and resilience in education.
